Tips, tools and our Policy for Minors, explained simply.

Block and report

On profiles, messages, projects, venues and events you will find the "Block" and "Report" buttons. People you block cannot see your profile or talk to you.

Policy for Minors: who can create an account

You must be at least the minimum age. People in the youngest age group need an adult guardian to confirm the account by e-mail. Until then, the account is limited: no messages and out of searches.

Policy for Minors: who can talk to you

Adults do not find minors in searches, on the map or in suggestions, and cannot start connections or conversations with minors. Minors talk to other minors, to approved connections and to verified projects, schools and venues.

Policy for Minors: your location

If you are a minor, your location is at most the city, never in real time, and it is not shown to adults. You also do not see distances.

Policy for Minors: what your guardian sees

Your guardian sees who you connect and talk with, but never what you write. They can approve connections, turn messages off, make the profile private, pause or delete the account.

Adult content

Events and venues marked 18+ (for example, with alcoholic drinks) are not shown to minors.

Quick tips

Never share your password, address or documents in messages. Be wary of requests for money and of people who ask to talk outside Meusic. If something feels wrong, report it and tell someone you trust.
